WHAT HAPPENED TO MY PRINT!
When you receive your resin 3D print, you’ll notice a few minor imperfections that are a normal part of the printing process. These include small support marks, where tiny structures held the model in place during printing, which may appear as slight bumps or rough spots. You might also see thin layers or lines on the surface, known as layer lines, due to the way the resin builds up layer by layer. Additionally, there could be a slightly sticky or tacky feel from leftover resin that needs cleaning. These are easily addressed through post-processing steps like removing supports, sanding, washing, and curing to give your print a smooth, polished finish.
While we print our models to top standards, these blemishes are a part of the process and cannot be completely avoided. Below are some post processing videos to help you get your great print to showroom perfection.
